These hugely transformative sessions deliver all of the eternal truths that the wise Ancients of Ayurveda unlocked about how to know ourselves well, and live a joyful, balanced life. For many years, my singular method of working has helped scores of individuals to access the deeper messages of Ayurveda in order to improve every aspect of their lives.
The Ayurveda Sessions will interest those who might have previously been unsure about committing to private consultations, but would like to learn about Ayurveda’s wisdom in an informal, small group setting, from the comfort of their home.
The 4 weekly sessions will paint a clear picture of how the key principles of this amazing science and philosophy of life teach us to recognise our symbiotic relationship with Nature, and appreciate the natural laws of the universe. They will help you to step off the wellness bandwagon, and cut through the modern day confusion caused by the constantly changing, and ‘one size fits all’ advice in the media, around the nebulous subject of HEALTH. You will begin to see how easy it is to maintain holistic harmony once you understand the purpose of Ayurveda, and realise how unique we all are, and how we will therefore uniquely react, and respond to absolutely everything.
The sessions will greatly benefit people individually, but equally help them to contribute to more equitable, and harmonious places of work and study. Private businesses, and public sector organisations, including schools and universities, should all be run by people who have a strong moral compass, and an unwavering sense of self. Ayurveda teaches us that when we are self aware and self governing, we shine our light and contribute to the greater good.
