I run a handful of small, sociable Ayurvedic seasonal supper clubs throughout the year. They are always great fun, and an ideal way to literally get a flavour of Ayurveda. The seasons bring with them different climatic conditions. This can tip the delicate balance in our bodies and minds unless we adjust our nutrition and lifestyle choices. I cook with appropriate culinary spices and herbs, and with foods that will offer not only exceptional flavours, but also medicinal benefits for the time of year.
You will be given a brief introduction to each course and how the ingredients work together to delight the tastebuds as well as nourish the body and mind. I will also give a themed talk that will provide you with an introduction to the health and wellbeing benefits of Ayurvedic medicine.
This is a great way to get a restaurant experience with a difference, meet new people, or if you prefer, you can also book the whole supper club for you and a group of your friends for a special occasion.
